About five years ago I told my husband about an idea I had that would make coloring my roots easier. I asked him to build a hair pick with hollow teeth, that would screw onto a hair color bottle so I could comb it through my hair. After a little coaxing he said he would give it a try, and he made the first prototype.

I can't begin to tell you my excitement when I used it for the first time. It worked just as I imagined!
